Saundra Sue Holder Sigler, 74, passed away on September 12, 2022. Services will be Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:00pm and a visitation will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Both services will be held at Heartland Funeral Home in Early, TX followed by a procession for internment at Coleman City Cemetery.
Saundra was born August 10,1948 in Fort Worth, Texas. Saundra attended business school in San Angelo, Texas after graduating from Coleman High School. Saundra and her husband, Lee Sigler were married on June 20, 1987 in Early, TX. They were happily married for 35 years. During her time as a military wife, Saundra worked for Naval Intelligence in Iceland and the FBI in Las Vegas. While living in Brownwood, she owned and managed Tiny Tots Daycare for several years, spent some time as the Executive Director of Early Chamber of Commerce, was the secretary at Brookesmith Water Supply, and was a licensed health insurance specialist at Painter and Johnson. She made lifelong friendships everywhere she lived and worked. Saundra was an incredibly talented woman. She was an amazing seamstress, a fabulous cake decorator, and a great shot at target practice. Her special recipes have already been passed down to multiple generations of foodies. As a lifelong learner, Saundra loved discussing history, debating politics, and reading constantly. Every room in the house had a different book with a bookmark tucked in it, she followed all of the story lines at once. Saundra cared deeply for her family. She was a loving wife, proud mother, and adoring grandmother. She stood firm in her faith and loved being an active member of the Lions Club family.
Saundra is survived by her daughter Angela White-Fabbiani & her husband Robert Fabbiani from Brownwood, TX, daughter Larah White-Ritchie & her husband Charles Ritchie from Chewelah, WA, and son Chris Sigler & his wife Sarah Sigler from Roanoke, TX. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Derrin Twiford, Laura-Ashlee Kotelman, Mason Ryden, Genevieve Ritchie, McKenna Ritchie, Korban Sigler, and Jade Sigler.
Saundra was preceded in death only a week ago by her husband Lee Sigler, brother Clayton Luther Holder, father Luther Anderson Holder, and mother Leoma White Holder-Bolinger.
