jowers_jEddie Ray Jowers, age 45, of Lake Brownwood passed away at his residence Monday March 18, 2013.

Eddie was born October 18, 1967 to Bobby and Jean Jowers in Sweetwater, TX. He attended school at Bangs. Eddie was a fighter; he was loved by many, and had numerous friends.

He is survived by his parents Bobby and Jean Jowers of Bangs; brother Robby Jowers of Bangs; sister Laura Dibrell and husband Shawn of Priddy; nephews Jeffery Jowers,  Andrew Jowers, Tanner Dibrell, Scott Dibrell and Kyler Dibrell; niece Danielle Dibrell; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Eddie is preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Edith Brinson, Envard and Gladys Jowers; uncles Bill Brinson and David Jowers; aunts Carroll Smith, and Linda Edwards.

Services for Eddie will be held at 10am Friday March 22, 2013 at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with David McKamey officiating, interment will follow at Bangs Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and family Thursday evening from 6-8pm at Blaylock Funeral Home. Condolences may be left for the family at www.blaylockfuneralhome.com. Services are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
