Brownwood Lions Kevin Hobbs and Jaylen Bocknite competed at the Regional Powerlifting Meet in West on Saturday.

Kevin participated in the Super Heavy Weight division, finishing the day with a personal best of a total of 1380lbs.  He also had a personal best in squat with 600lbs.

Jaylen participated in the 220lb Division, and he also had a personal best with a 500lb squat.

“Both Kevin and Jaylen had a great year, breaking many personal records throughout the year” said Head Powerlifting Coach Jim Taylor.
