Brown County Grand Jury January indictments

During the January 2022 session of the Brown County Grand Jury 37 true bills were returned against 29 persons.

Those indicted were:

  • Brandon Allen Phillips: Evading arrest
  • Serjio Efraim Castillo Jr.: Possession of a controlled substance
  • Shanda Lean Foster: Possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone
  • Leanna Griffin aka Leanna Griffin-Monroe: Possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone
  • Tanner Shane McDaniel: CT. I-II Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  • Jennifer Ranee Ramsey: Possession of a controlled substance – state jail of felony enhancement
  • Dustin Lyn Fulton: Felon in possession of firearm – repeat offender; Theft of a firearm – state jail felony enhancement; Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone – repeat offender/habitual offender
  • Hunter Ryan Lunceford: Possession of a controlled substance with intend to deliver – drug free zone
  • Nickolas Tyler Paul aka Nicholas Paul: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone; Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone
  • Arthur Lopez: Possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone – repeat offender
  • Stephen James Hand: Possession of a controlled substance – repeat offender
  • Ramon A Ramos Jr.: Possession of a controlled substance
  • Nickolaus Craig Spruill: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver PG1 – repeat offender; Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver PG2 – repeat offender
  • Kayla Penelope Lane: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver PG2
  • Levi Caleb Mayes: Driving while intoxicated with child passenger
