Pearlie Mae Bryant Robinson

Pearlie Mae Bryant Robinson, 85 of Brownwood, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at Brownwood Nursing and Rehabilitation. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Greater Faith Community Church. Visitation will be held Friday, January 28, 2022, 5-7 pm at Brownwood Funeral Home.

Pearlie Mae was born December 22, 1936 in Kerens, TX to L. and Gladys Campbell. She moved to Brownwood at an early age when her mother married Pastor Tom Henderson. Pearlie then lived in Chesterville, PA until she returned to Brownwood where she met and married Eugene Robinson. Pearlie found time between her jobs as a Gourmet Cook and raising her family to complete her GED. Her passion for cooking transcended in all facets of her life. Pearlie Mae was very aggressive and continued to work diligently to help support her family.

Pearlie Mae attended Church of Christ and in her spare time loved to fish, watch her soap operas and spending time with her family.

Pearlie Mae was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Robinson; parents Tom and Glady’s Henderson; 1 daughter: Rita Mae Bryant; 1 son: Thomas H. Bryant; and 1 sister: Joyce Baker.

Left to cherish her memories are 6 daughters: Sharies (Sharon) Jones (Tony) of Brownwood, Tonya Bryant McDowell of San Angelo, Darlene Bryant of Dallas, Gladys Bryant of Brownwood, Sara B. Morgan (Stafford) of Dallas, and Charlotte Bryant of Dallas; 4 sons: Eldridge (Corky) Bryant, Warren Bryant, Jimmie Dean Robinson and Richard Bryant all of Brownwood; 2 sisters: Tommie Govan of Brownwood and Bernetta Aweda of Dallas; 4 brothers: Willie Henderson, David Henderson, Chester Zollicoffer and Bob Henderson all of Brownwood; 32 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and many friends.

Services entrusted to Brownwood Funeral Home.
