A Celebration of Life service for Norman Paul Millican, 78, of Irving will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013 at First Baptist Irving with Pastor John Durham officiating.

Norman went Home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Baylor Medical Center of Irving.
