Head coach Jason Bachtel has chosen Bryant Williams as the Triple T Grill/Jerry’s Burgers and Shakes Howard Payne Yellow Jackets Player of the Week for Week 2. The grad student offensive lineman from Copperas Cove helped pave the way for 560 yards of total offense – 350 passing and 210 rushing – on 84 snaps, an average of 6.7 yards per play, in the Yellow Jackets’ 42-36 victory at McMurry.
