Juanita Luman Strohm, 101, of Bangs passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021. Graveside services will be held at Bangs cemetery under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 2:00pm.

Juanita was born December 19, 1919, in Comanche County. Her parents were Henry W and Willie M Luman. When she was a young girl her family moved to the McDaniel community in Brown County where she completed school. Her family owned a prominent fruit farm in McDaniel community; which was widely known throughout the area. Juanita Luman married Joseph L Strohm on October 24, 1936 in Brown County.

Juanita is survived by a nephew, Norman Priddy of San Angelo; niece, Cleta Ernst and husband, Dan of Austin and sister-in-law, June Luman Winfrey of Bangs; great nephews, Greg Priddy (Reba), Danny Priddy (Lamoyne), Chris Ernst, Erik Ernst and great niece, Shelby Scott. Special friends Larry and Dina Mitchell.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Strohm; her parents; sisters, May Hodges, Oleta Cambron, Clara Hall, Marie Priddy and brother H W Luman Jr.
