Paul Guinn, age 78, of Brownwood passed from this life on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, with family by his side.

Graveside Services for Paul will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 16, 2021, at Greenleaf Cemetery with Billy Cash officiating. No set visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Paul was born on April 15, 1943, to Frank and Florine (Hall) Guinn in Illinois. Paul opened and owned Brownwood Automotive for many years and after retiring he worked for Bangs Automotive. Paul married Judy McDorman Guinn on October 30, 2010.

Paul was an active member of Coggin Ave. Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Brownwood Masonic Lodge. He loved fishing and boating.

Paul is survived by his wife, Judy Guinn of Brownwood; daughters, Deborah King and husband Randall of Frisco, Tera Norcoss and husband Dale of Arlington, Denise Cox of Brownwood; son, Dan McDorman of Austin; grandchildren, Alexis King, Weston King, Austen Cartwright, Hailee Jaramillo, Dylan Lewis, Grant Lewis, Grace McDorman, Cooper McDorman, Chandra Lee, and Marla Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Julian Hernandez, Zya Lee, and Chloe Cartwright; and his brother, A.L. “Poley” Guinn and wife Carolyn of Homer, LA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Florine; first wife, Marcella Guinn; and one brother, Melvin Guinn.
