Jessie “Gaby” Robles, age 45, of Brownwood passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.

Funeral Services for Jessie will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 9, 2021, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel; burial will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Jessie Gabriel Robles was born on October 26, 1975, to Jessie and Rosalia (Salazar) Robles in Brownwood. He cooked for Gomez Mexican Restaurant for many years.

Gaby loved animals but most of all he loved his family and taking care of them. He was a “professional” uncle, he was always there for his nieces and nephews. He was a great mentor to kids. Gaby also enjoyed drawing.

Jessie is survived by his mother, Rosalia Robles of Brownwood; 3 brothers, Juan Cabrera and girlfriend Kasandra, Joe Robles, and Max Robles all of Brownwood; stepson, Daniel Garza of Brownwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who he loved dearly; and countless other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Robles; his grandparents; 2 uncles; and 1 niece, Alexis Robles.
