Law Enforcement Blotter 10/11

Wednesday, October 10

*6:25am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2700 block of 4th Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the complainant stated that his girlfriend threw a glass at him which cut his foot.

*1:14pm-Brownwood Police issued a  trespass warning to a male for a residence in the 1200 block of Main Street at the resident’s request.

*2:40pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of 4th Street regarding a burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, a bag of tools was stolen from the complainant’s vehicle.

*8:00pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of Main Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown male in his teens to 20s came in and took a bottle of rum, and the complainant wished to pursue charges.

*9:03pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding a missing juvenile.  According to the report, the juvenile had last been seen at approximately 3:30pm.

*9:54pm-Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of 1st Street.  One of the passengers, 18-year-old Robert Wheat, was found to be in possession of an illegal knife.  Wheat was arrested for unlawfully carrying weapon.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Ray Hernandez for driving while license invalid.

Thursday, October 11

*A Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Warden arrested 17-year-old Jeffrey Don Beck for Inhale Paraphernalia/Aerosol Abuse.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
