Lolo Orosco

orosco1Funeral services for Lolo Orosco will be Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Heartland Funeral Chapel.  Interment will follow at the Stacy Cemetery in McCulloch County, Texas. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Orosco was born November 9, 1926 to Estevan and Gualdalupe Oeosco in Doole, Texas. He passed away Tuesday in Abilene, Texas. He was married to Feliz Talavera. Mr. Orosco lived most of his life in McCulloch County. He was a member of the Church of Christ. His hobbies were bingo, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding. He owned and operated a custom grain harvest business that took him over the state of Texas.

Mr. Orosco is survived by two sons; Diego and wife Carolyn Rendon of Spicewood, Texas, Scott Orosco of Goldthwaite, Texas, three daughters; Ruth Orosco of Early, Sara and husband Abel Ramirez of Corpus Christ, Texas, and Sally and husband John Turner of San Angelo, Texas. He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Feliz, a son Jesse, two brothers and two sisters.

The family would like to thank everyone for their prayer, phone calls, and visits.
