The Pecan Valley Kiwanis Club of Early recently completed another community service project by manning the Salvation Army Kettle, located at Heartland Mall in Early.

President Bill Pursch stated that this is a very worthwhile project that the Early Kiwanis Club is proud to be a part of each year, and plans to continue.

“We get to see and visit with so many people while doing this.  It is such a gratifying experience because we know that the Salvation Army is a just cause,” Pursch said.
