COMANCHE – The District 8-3A second-seeded Early Longhorns wrapped up the regular season Monday afternoon with a 3-2 triumph over the Comanche Indians.

Early (19-8, 11-3) will begin postseason play with a bi-district series against District 7-3A third seed Breckenridge this weekend. The Longhorns will visit Breckenridge at 7 p.m. Friday for Game 1, then host Game 2 at 1 p.m. Saturday with Game 3 to follow, if needed.

BANGS 16, DUBLIN 2

BANGS – The District 8-3A third seed Bangs Dragons concluded their regular season with a 16-2 rout of the Dublin Lions in Monday’s home finale.

Bangs (14-11, 8-6) will begin postseason play with a bi-district series against District 7-3A runner-up Bowie this weekend with all games at McMurry University in Abilene. Game 1 is slated for 7 p.m. Friday with Games 2 and 3, if needed, to follow at 1 p.m. Saturday.
