Wednesday, September 26

*12:50pm – Brownwood Police received a report of identity theft.  The complainant stated that they were a victim of identity theft which began in 2009.  A possible suspect has been identified.

*7:16pm – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Waco Street regarding the theft of 4 wheels and tires stolen from a parked vehicle.

Thursday, September 27

*7:24pm – While assisting a Texas DPS trooper on a traffic stop, Brownwood Police arrested a passenger of the vehicle who was observed to be intoxicated, according to a police report.  George Slayton, 42, of Brownwood was taken to Brown County Jail on the charge of public intoxication.  The DPS trooper arrested 41-year-old Roy Don Andrews of Brownwood for DWI 3rd or more with open container.

*9:38pm – Brownwood Police responded to the 400 block of Cordell Street regarding assault.  The complainant told police that he had been pushed in the chest by a roommate.  The roommate denied touching the complainant.

*Brownwood Police arrested 44-year-old George Alford Ford of Coleman for driving with no driver’s license.

Friday, September 28

*1:37am – Brownwood Police responded to the 1700 block of Fort Worth regarding a missing juvenile.  A relative of the missing boy stated he had not returned home after leaving earlier in the day.  The juvenile was listed as a runaway.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Tyler Kent Parsons of Brownwood for unlawful carrying of a weapon and purchase alcohol to a minor.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
