Midway through the American Southwest Conference Women’s Golf Championships at The Hideout, Mallory Garcia leads the way for Howard Payne after a 20th-place round of 85 Monday.

Also competing for the Lady Jackets are Bailey Farmer and Madison McGarrh, who both carded 89s which leaves them tied for 30^th place heading into Tuesday’s final round.

Mikaela Paracuelles of UC Santa Cruz leads the tournament after a round of 71, good for a four-shot lead, while UT-Dallas posted a 306 team score to own the advantage at the halfway point.
