LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday and Friday, September 20-21, 2012.

Thursday, September 13

*8:38am-Brownwood Police were called to 2100 Slayden, Brownwood High School, regarding a fight.  According to the report, the administration called for police assistance due to a fight which had occurred between two students.  An investigation determined that an offense of disorderly conduct had occurred and the two students were issued citations and moved to the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) for 20 days as school discipline, the report states.

Wednesday, September 19

*10:26am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue D regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant advised sometime between September 15th and 19th someone stole a set of solar panels from the back yard of the residence.  The solar panels were valued at $189.  Criminal charges are being pursued, the report states.

Thursday, September 20

*12:03am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Main Blvd. regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her home had been burglarized by an unknown subject.  An approximately 2 foot tall brown beer bottle which was half full of change was taken from her bedroom between the hours of 7:15am September 18th and 10:15pm on September 19th.

*2:10pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Calvert, Brownwood Middle School, regarding a juvenile problem.  According to the report, two juveniles were issued citations for disorderly conduct by fighting.

*3:26pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Vincent Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.

*11:59pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of W. Commerce, the Oasis Club, regarding an assault.   According to the report, an employee of the club stated that she was assaulted by another employee who punched her in the nose, causing her a small cut across the bridge of her nose.
