Grand Jury Indictments for November 2009

District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released the Grand Jury indictments from its November 2009 session.  55 indictments were returned against 40 individuals.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s office also does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest.

Below if the list of individuals with indictments from the Grand Jury’s November session.

  • Jason A Bennett – Driving While Intoxicated
  • Julian Gonzalez – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Charles Lacy Castillo AKA Jesse Castillo, Jr. – Driving while Intoxicated with Child Passenger
  • Leland Bradley Michael – Driving while Intoxicated with Child Passenger
  • Julie Marie Hinkley – Theft over $1,500 Under $20,000
  • Delores Cadena Moreno – Theft over $1,500 Under $20,000
  • Nathan Allen Goodman – Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Ruben Abraham Dillard – Prohibited Weapon, to-wit Short Barrel Firearm
  • Tabitha Gossett Harrington – Theft of Firearm
  • Charles Frank King – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver & Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
  • Lincoln Christopher Sawyers – Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon & Theft of Firearm- State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • Jeffery Dwayne Harrison – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Curtis Wayne Harrison – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Billy Ray Skaggs – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Sherrie McKinley – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Lindsey McPherson – Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
  • Corey Chase McCorkle – Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon
  • Jose Ozuna, Jr – Burglary of a Habitation
  • Soyeon Shier – Burglary of a Habitation
  • Tracey Lee Kunkel – Unauthorized use of a Vehicle – State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • Jack Edmond Coffey – Assault Family Violence – Enhanced
  • Kevin Lee Coates – Interference with Child Custody
  • Shannon G. Reeder – Driving While Intoxicated
  • Henry Gary Allison, Jr. – Assault Family Violence – Enhanced
  • Phillip Ortega Reyes – Injury to a Child
  • Anthony Michael Palmer – Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle
  • Tricia Renee Bales – Abandoning or Endangering a Child
  • Zachery Buck Griffin – Assault Family Violence – Occlusion Repeat Offender
  • Michael Christopher – Driving While Intoxicated
  • Tara Baker – Interference with Child Custody
