Pioneer Tap House providing all city workers and first responders with a meal beginning at 11 a.m. today.

A Facebook post from John Krischke states:

We cannot say thank you enough, we take for granted the things we have until they are gone, for those that work tirelessly to assure us safety, a drink of water, a light to see, and a hot meal, we would like to serve you. We know you guys don’t have a designated lunch hour and can be super busy but please come by the Pioneer Tap House Thursday February 18th for a hot meal, so we can say thank you! If you cannot come to town, please call 325-203-6428 and I will bring it to where you are working! All City of Brownwood workers, all City of Early workers, PD, Dispatch, Fire, and EMS are welcome! 11 a.m. until we run out. Please please share this Brownwood, Pioneer Tap House has been gracious to offer us a warm spot to serve from and we can’t thank them enough! if you want to help out or just come say thank you to our folks behind the scenes we would love that!
