Rene Khalili, age 81, of Brownwood passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021, at home.

Private Family Services for Rene will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Rene was born on March 16, 1939, to Mousa and Alexandra (Saba) Jarjouri in Jerusalem, Israel. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Rene is survived by her son, Dr. Eli Khalili of PA; daughter, Emily Ellis and husband Thad of Brownwood; 2 granddaughters, Alexis Frausto and Maci Read; 1 grandson, Joshua Khalili; and 1 great-grandson, Kole Frausto. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Joseph Khalili.
