SALADO – The Brownwood Lady Lions soccer team was dealt its first defeat Friday afternoon as it fell to Fredericksburg, 2-1, during the Salado tournament.

The lone goal for the Lady Lions (4-1) was scored by Molly Oliver.

Brownwood will face host Salado at 10 a.m. Saturday in the consolation championship game.
