District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Bud Lee Hetrick pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Julian Delacruz pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Daniel Madron pled no contest to the felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
