Brown County Judge Dr. Paul Lilly conducted swearing-in ceremonies for newly-elected Constables Troy Henderson and Michael Isbell, and Constables Roy Parrack and Robert Mullins Friday morning in Commissioners Court at the Brown County Courthouse.
