On Monday, Nov. 2, Deputy Mike Sheedy responded to Bally Shannon Drive. This was regarding a theft report. The initial investigation revealed three mini bikes had been stolen from this residence. The complainant was able to recover two of the mini bikes, and provided possible suspect information for further investigation. A report was generated and forwarded to Brown County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division.

On Monday, Nov. 2 at approximately 3:13 p.m., Deputy Nicolas A. Wood and Sgt. Taylor Fletcher were dispatched to the Oncor substation at CR 222 in Brookesmith. This was in reference to a Criminal Mischief case.

On Monday, Nov. 2, Deputy Toby Mathis, contacted an individual by phone. This was in regards to criminal trespassing. The individual said a suspect was trespassing on his property after being warned not to. Information was gathered and report was made.
