A silver passenger collided with a small tree Sunday evening around 7:45pm in the parking lot of Heartland Mall.

The driver and passenger of the vehicle were reported to be uninjured and declined transport by ambulance.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

No information was available on the cause of the accident.

The Early Police Department and Guardian EMS responded to the scene.
