On Wednesday, Oct. 21 at approximately 7:50 a.m. Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to N. Hwy 183 #19. This was in reference to a trespassing report and investigation.

On Wednesday, Oct. 21 at about 8:09 a.m., Deputy Byron Langley arrived at CR 521 in Bangs. This was in regards to trespassing. Langley spoke to an individual who stated he had found a white female on his property without his consent. Langley located a white male with female characteristics inside the property and identified the male, who was arrested for an active warrant and also charged with Criminal Trespass.
