Reopening of local bars among items on Commissioners County agenda

The Brown County Commissioners Court will meet Tuesday, October 13, at 9:00 am in the Brown County Courthouse.  The full agenda is below.

  1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
  2. Prayer
  3. Citizen Comments (All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on August 12, 2019. Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.)
  4. Consideration and approval of the minutes from the October 5th, 2020 meeting.
  5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report.
  6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed.
  7. Consideration and approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:
  8. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
  9. Lisa Dick, Administrator, Brownwood-Brown County Health Department—Update on COVID19 response and County health initiatives. (Spon p2)
  10. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding an Application to Install a Private Line on CR 415 (Spon p2)
  11. Roy Parrack, Constable Pct.3 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding Constable Fee Schedule for 2021. (Spon CJ)
  12. Vance Hill, Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval of action regarding Sheriff’s Department Fee Schedule for 2021. (Spon CJ)
  13. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding the reopening of local bars following Governor Abbott’s Executive Order to Open Bars in Qualifying Counties. (Spon p2)
