Johnson’s nomination read as follows: She has been an excellent safety coach. She has had the highest attendance record and safety observation record for this year. Even as the program is winding down, she has continued to enter observations and keep safety as a priority. She takes every opportunity to educate fellow team members on the use of safety tools, praise for using the safety tools, and create the safest environment possible at BRMC for patients, visitors and staff.
