Lifestyle changes, including exercise, involves leaving a comfort zone. That’s where Fitness Evolution comes in. Utilizing tools such as medicine balls, marine ropes, kettle balls, rubber tubing, dumbbells, core boards, steps and your own bodyweight, you will feel the burn after this Turkey SmackDown!!

The workout will be functional, variable, and intense and be scaled to all body types and fitness levels. It will all take place on November 27th, 2009 from 9am-10:15am. Members are free and non-members are $5.00. Fitness Evolution is located at 113 East Baker!!
