Deloris Seago, 82

Deloris Seago, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, in Abilene, Texas.

She was born on April 24, 1938, in Lamkin, Texas, to Wilmer Jackson Westfall, Sr. and Eva Wenona (Lane) Westfall.  On June 9, 1956, she was united in marriage to Carrol Seago in Gustine, Texas.  Deloris was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.  She was an excellent homemaker and cook, and made the best sweet potato casserole in the county.  She took EMT classes and was a member of the Gustine Volunteer Fire Department.  Deloris was a member of First Baptist Church of Gustine.

She is survived by her sons, Randy Seago and partner Eric Baze of Austin and James Seago and wife Sheri of Irving; daughter, Carolyn McKaughan and husband Jim of Gustine; grandchildren – Jeremy, Clint, Ashley, Scott, Amber, Kristi, Jared, Charity, Steven, Tasha, and Preston; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilmer and Wenona Westfall; and brothers, W.J. Westfall, Jr., Royce Westfall, and Boyd Westfall.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.  Condolences may be offered on line at www.comanchefh.com

In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to American Cancer Society, c/o Betty Rackley, 500 Hwy 590, Comanche, Texas 76442.
