On Thursday, Aug. 27, the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Heartland BBQ-Early,TX. Steve, Denise & the Witte family take pride in their smoked BBQ and arrived with a smoker in tow. Living by the slogan: “If there ain’t no smoke, it’s a joke.” Following the ribbon cutting, lunch was served to ambassadors and the community. They are a food truck and family catering business specializing in delicious Texas Barbecue such as smoked brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken and all the fixins’! They cater community events, corporate events, weddings, family reunions, parties, custom orders, etc. Heartland BBQ-Early, TX recently partnered with the Spirit of Texas Winery on the “1st Annual BBQ for Heroes” to benefit the Early and Zephyr Fire Departments.
