Brownwood News – Extended early voting hours are in effect today and Friday in Brown County.

You can vote early from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm at the Brown County Elections Office, 613 N. Fisk, Thursday and Friday.  Friday, July 10, is the final day for early voting.

The March Primary Runoff Election Day is Tuesday, July 14.  ALL voting on Tuesday in Brown County is in one place, the Brown County Elections Office.

On Wednesday, July 8, there were 198 Republican votes cast, bringing the total to 1,535 so far.  There were 8 Democrat votes Wednesday bringing the Democratic Primary total to 47.
