Brownwood News – Sheffield’s 10U Glory team finished 3rd out of 12 teams at the Battle on the Concho held in San Angelo over the weekend.
Glory’s Offensive MVP went to Amarrea Thomas with a 429 Average, a 636 On Base Percentage and an 857 Slugging Percentage.
Defensive MVP went to Gracie Lewis who threw 5 base runners out.
Glory’s team MVP went to Corinne Sheffield who threw a no hitter, pitched 23 innings, allowing 4 earned runs, striking out 57, averaging 2.48 strike outs per inning and a 0.58 ERA.
