Brownwood News – The Brownwood Police Department responded to the following calls for service in recent days.

On Monday, 3/30/2020, Officers with the Brownwood Police Department were dispatched to a north Brownwood apartment complex in the 300 block of Bluffview Drive in reference to a domestic assault. Injuries were documented and a report was generated. The investigation is ongoing.

On 4/3/2020 at approximately 15:00 hours, Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Ave B for a call of domestic disturbance. Brownwood Police made a report for assault family violence.

On Sunday, April 5, 2020 at approximately 19:19 hours, Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to a south Brownwood address in the 2500 block of Austin Avenue in reference to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. A report was generated for this incident.
