Willie Jean Williams

Funeral services for Willie Jean Williams, age 76, of Early will be held at 10 AM, Monday, May 28, 2012 at the Netherton Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Charlie Fortenberry officiating.  Burial will follow at Pendergrass Cemetery under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home & Cremations.  Visitation will be held from 6-7 PM Sunday, May 27, 2012 at the funeral home.  Ms. Williams died Friday, May 25, 2012 at a local nursing home.

Jean was born August 21, 1935 in Loneoak, Arkansas to Jess and Laura (Giles) Noe.  She lived in the Comanche/Brown County area for most of her life.  Jean was a hard-working woman who raised five children.  She loved to read and paint.

Those left behind to cherish her memories include the father of her children, James Williams, Sr. of Stephenville ; children, Richard Lisman, Sr. of Brownwood, James Williams, Jr. of Hamilton, Mike Williams of Comanche, Carol Ray of Stephenville and Laura Gould of Early; grandchildren, Richard Lisman, Jr, Heather Lisman, Michael Williams, Jr, Leroy Lisman, Lorie Gould, JR Gould, Monica Gould, Loren Gould, Dustin Ray, Eddie Ray, Jr, Brian Ray, James Williams III, Robert Williams, Carrie Cutler, and Jasmine Williams; as well as many great grandchildren.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents and 11 brothers and sisters.
