Grand Jury Indictments February 2012

District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the February 2012 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 28 indictments were returned against 23 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Scott R. Rice:  Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

Hector Saul Castillo:  Driving While Intoxicated

Christina Balleza:  Theft over $1,500 Under $20,000

Joseph Steven West:  Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant

Jeanne Evans Clark:  Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Jay Conley Rogers:  Possession of a Controlled Substance

Sabra Denise Webb:  Possession of a Controlled Substance

Ayana Patterson:  Possession of a Controlled Substance

Printis Dominguez:  Driving While Intoxicated

Ronne Lee Patterson:  Assault Family Violence – Occlusion

Denver James Way, Jr.:  Driving While Intoxicated

Timothy Leon Bullion:  Driving While Intoxicated

Gerald Lee Chadwick:  Assault Against Public Servant Repeat Offender;  Assault Family Violence – Occlusion  Repeat Offender

Matthew Alexander Warren:  Driving While Intoxicated

Larry Ray Caperton:  Aggravated Assault

Catherine Louise Armstrong:  Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child; Two Counts of Indecency with a Child; Abandoning or Endangering a Child; and Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Children
