Law enforcement arrests and reports released September 7, 2011.

Monday, September 5

*4:34pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Woodridge regarding terroristic threat.  According to the report, during the officer’s investigation, active threats were made via telephone at a male subject and his family.  The investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, September 6

*2:28pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2200 block of Avenue C regarding harassment.  The complainant wished to pursue charges against her ex-boyfriend who left numerous harassing and annoying messages on her voicemail and has called/texted her phone continuously.

*5:06pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 600 block of Walnut Street regarding a burglary.  The investigation determined that an unknown subject(s) took a tiller motor as well as two tires off of a riding lawn mower from a fenced enclosure behind the residence.

*11:47pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to a disturbance.  Upon officers’ arrival, several subjects were found outside the residence arguing.  After speaking with those involved, it was determined that 34-year-old Angela Marie Phillips had entered the residence through a window and attacked her husband.  Phillips was arrested for Assault Family Violence and Criminal Trespass to a Habitation.
