The VFW, Ladies Auxiliary and Men’s Auxiliary will be hosting a catfish fundraiser, Friday, August 19th from 10:30am until 1:30pm at the VFW Post, 2300 Stephen F. Austin, Brownwood.
Plates are $8 each and will include fish, cole slaw, beans and hushpuppies. All proceeds will benefit the local volunteer fire departments. Delivery is available in Brownwood.
“They have been there for us this year and we would like to help with some of the expenses they have incurred,” stated Cheryl Campbell of the Ladies Auxiliary. “Help us to support this worthy cause.”
