NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following requests at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026:
(VAR 08-26) 4603 Delwood Drive: Requesting a variance for 20 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.
(VAR 09-26) 137 Bowie Circle: Requesting a variance for 25 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.
(VAR 10-26) 508 West Mayes Street: Requesting a variance for 24 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a covered front porch.
(VAR 11-26) 8 Stonebridge Circle: Requesting a variance for 6 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport.
