This past weekend, FaithWorks Legacy & Faith Christian outreach hosted a successful 2026 Easter Celebration at Cecil Holman Park, bringing together families, volunteers, youth and some community leaders, for a day filled with faith, unity, and generosity.

Despite earlier weather concerns, the skies cleared beautifully, setting the stage for an uplifting gathering. The event was a true reflection of community collaboration and the love of God in action.

Guests were blessed with an encouraging Word and heartfelt prayer centered on Resurrection Day, delivered by Pastor George Fluellyn of Faith Christian Outreach. His message reminded all in attendance of the hope, renewal, and victory found in the resurrection, and raising up the youth in the word of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ .

The celebration extended beyond words, as families enjoyed food, drinks, and an abundance of giveaways for the children. young attendees were blessed with scooters, skates, gift cards, and monetary gifts—creating joy & love.

Prophetess Aila Miller extends her sincere gratitude to the City of Early for their partnership and support in making this event smooth in conjunction with their 2pm event.

“We are truly thankful for the City of Early, especially Denise H. Brian, for coordinating with us in unity,” said Prophetess Aila Miller. “We are also deeply grateful for all of our donors—Walmart, Big Country Ford, Dr Pepper, Sonic, Little Caesars, and so many more—who helped us pour into this community. To see the smiles on the youth and the families being blessed was priceless. To God be the Glory. This event stands as a testament to what can happen when organizations, businesses, and communities can come together with a shared purpose—to serve, uplift, and love people. FaithWorks Legacy & Faith Christian Outreach remains committed to continuing outreach efforts that impact lives and strengthen the people in the community directly.”
