On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Brookesmith High School students traveled to Marble Falls to participate in the Bi-District One-Act-Play competition.

Brookesmith High School students won the Bi-District contest, in addition to Aidyn Barnett and Aryn Ribble each earning BEST-ACTOR awards. Caleb Bradley was named to ALL-STAR CAST. Emma Slayton was named to HONORABLE MENTION, ALL-STAR CAST. Cayden Perez was named to the ALL-STAR TECH CREW. Brookesmith students will compete next at Area competition on April 10-11, at University High School in Waco, Texas.
