STEPHENVILLE – At the midway point of the District 6-4A tennis tournament, four Brownwood High entries are still alive heading into the final day of action.

Competing for the District 6-4A mixed doubles championship will be Ashlyn Bundick and Blake Hutchins.

Meanwhile, battling for third place will be Lanie Johnson and Eric Smith in mixed doubles, Trine Baugh and Aiden Oplotnik in boys doubles, and Coulter Day in girls singles.

The top two seeds in each draw of the district tournament, which began Monday and concludes Tuesday, advance to regionals April 20-21 in Lubbock.
