The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026:
- (VAR 05-26) 609 Booker Street: Requesting a variance for 5 ft. into the 5 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport. Will add gutters. Also requesting a variance for 8 ft. into the 10 ft. setback requirement between a storage building and a primary structure and 5 ft. into the 5ft. side yard setback requirement for a storage container. Will add gutters.
- (VAR 06-26) 5 Stonebridge Circle: Requesting a variance for 6 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport.
- (VAR 07-26) 1608 Wood Street: Requesting a variance for 7 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.
