A Burglary of Habitation and thefts occurred at a rural property in the 5300 block of FM 2940 near Cross Cut in northwest Brown County between February 9 and March 6, 2026. The following items were stolen:
- Black 2007 20-foot Maxey trailer, red C-purlin floor, TX 589566M, loaded with about 150 pcs used charcoal gray R-panel metal, 18′ or 20′ length
- Red/black 2010 Polaris 800 UTV
- Green 2001 Polaris Sportsman 500 ATV
- Noco battery booster
- Stihl Farm Boss MS271 chainsaw
- Echo chainsaw
- Craftsman wheeled trimmer
- DeWalt 24V impact drill and charger
- 2 Fog machines with black light strobe lights
- Night Owl surveillance system with 8 cameras, new in the box
- Ridgid gas operated air compressor
- 2 Abu Garcia rod and reels
