Brown County Sheriff's Office Report: Feb. 26

The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:

On 2/25/26, at approximately 0700 hours, Deputy Hopson responded to Cliff Dr for a follow up. Contact was made with JOSEPH LUNDY (W/M, 4/5/67). LUNDY was subsequently arrested for Possession of CS PG 2 < 1 gram, Possession of CS PG 3 < 28 grams, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. He was transported to the Brown County Jail and released to jail staff.
On 02/25/2026, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to Abilene St, Brownwood, TX 76801, regarding an Animal Complaint. Deputy Geis spoke to a Chastity Logan, and Sidney Wells, who said their dogs were attacked by their neighbor’s dog. Sidney said he was attacked by the neighbor’s dog as well. Deputy Geis spoke to a WILLIAM WEEMS and issued a Dangerous Dog Form. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
On February 19, 2026, I, Deputy Saydie Bradley, responded to a Terroristic Threat at FM 1467 in Zephyr. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
