Harvey Joe Reynolds (Joe), 75 of Brownwood, Texas passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 after a brief illness.

Harvey was born March 15, 1950 in Mineral Wells, Texas. He attended Midland High School and later received his GED. After completion he went on to marry Rebecca Reynolds on September 17, 1999.

Harvey divided his life between Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and Brownwood, Texas until his retirement in 2020. He was an avid fisherman and spent many hours on lake Brownwood.

Harvey is survived by his wife Rebecca Reynolds of Brownwood, Texas; His two daughters Debra Sue Miller of Mulberry, Arkansas and Jody Lee Towner of Amherst, New York; son, Tyler Reynolds of Midland, Texas; sister, Mary Sue Johnson of Midland, Texas; 8 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

Harvey was preceded in death by his mother and father Mozelle Gore and Harvey Reynolds; brothers, Tom and James Reynolds.
