Kayli DeVusser earns multiple awards at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

Kayli DeVusser delivered an outstanding performance at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, capturing a win in the competitive shotgun shooting event and continuing her rise as one of the sport’s top young talents.

Competing against a strong field of shooters, DeVusser demonstrated exceptional accuracy, focus, and composure throughout the event. Her consistent shooting and ability to perform under pressure set her apart, ultimately earning her the top spot of 553 shooters.

DeVusser started the event with the sporting Clays qualifier where she earned the first spot of ten to finals.  Kayli then shot 5 stand, she clenched 2nd place in this event after a shoot off. Kayli concluded Saturdays portion of the event with the qualifying round of skeet, where she got the 2nd place ticket to finals.

In the finals round of skeet, Kayli shot a perfect 50 out of 50 earning her the Female Grand Champion. Kayli kept her focus into the sporting Clays final, where she again earned the Female Grand Champion.

DeVusser hit 344 out 366 targets to earn the Top Gun award of the event.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious events in the country, attracting skilled competitors from across the state. A victory at this level highlights DeVusser’s dedication to the sport and the countless hours she has invested in training and competition.

DeVusser’s win adds to an already impressive list of accomplishments and further establishes her reputation within the shotgun shooting community. As she continues to compete on major stages, her success at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo marks another significant milestone in a promising shooting career.

Kayli heads to San Antonio this week to defend her title as the Top Lady Shooter at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo event.
