The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Sam Moss.
- Ernesto Ortiz aka Earnest Ortiz, pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Jason Michael Womack, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
