No. 25 Zephyr remains undefeated in 25-A boys basketball with 100-14 win at Priddy

CJ Byers, pictured during the TexasBank Holiday Classic, scored a team-high 28 points for the Bulldogs

PRIDDY – The No. 25 Zephyr Bulldogs remained undefeated in District 25-A action Wednesday night with a 100-14 victory over the Priddy Pirates.

Zephyr (19-7, 6-0) led by a 34-6 count after one quarter, 53-9 at halftime, and 78-11 heading into the fourth period.

Scoring for the Bulldogs were CJ Byers with 28 points, Cooper Walls with 19, Reese Hamm with 11, Bauer Blair and Spencer Marwitz with eight apiece, Ethan Prochaska with seven, Chayden Woodcock and Reid Hamm with six each, Troy Kubin with five, and Slade Butler with two points.

The Bulldogs are next scheduled to host Lometa Friday.
