It’s time for the one-time thing. Who is going to win the Super Bowl?

Well, it seems kind of ridiculous at the time. You know how a team grabs hold of you about midway through and you just ride it. There’s no particular reason for it. I never even thought about this team until about three, four or five weeks ago but I think they’re going to win it. I hate them. I mean I really don’t like them. But, I think the Seattle Seahawks are going to win.

You say the Seahawks? Why? Well, they’re one of the few teams that get a bye the first week, but other than that I don’t have a reason and I can’t even tell you how many of the teams got a bye this year – got a bye last year- got a bye anytime.

They just sound good to me. The Seahawks and they sound good to me. That’s about it. I don’t any good reasons but I take Denver, New England, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Houston, Buffalo, Chargers, and all that group from the AFC, they look good to me. San Francisco, Rams, Packers, those teams, they look good. I don’t know.

The teams that are out already…. the Cowboys, Giants, Arizona, Atlanta, Washington, Minnesota, Detroit, Tampa Bay and on and on. Also, the Colts, Dolphins, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Cleveland, Tennessee, Jets, Raiders, I mean I could go on and on but these teams are out. I don’t know. Nobody does. I just feel very strongly at this point – at this point – it just looks to me that is going to be Seattle.

For the year we are in, 2026, Super Bowl LX as of this January – and the game won’t be played until February – there are fourteen NFL teams in the playoffs for the twenty-five season. They take seven from the AFC, seven from the NFC, while the remaining eighteen teams have finished . They just came down, messed around, went to training camps, played the regular season and just didn’t qualify. It’s unbelievable. Some of them still did. Denver, what a remarkable season they had. New England, remarkable. Jacksonville, Pittsburg, Houston, Buffalo, LA, and the list goes on and on. By the way, San Francisco, the Rams, Green Bay and others, but a lot of teams missed out including the Colts, Miami, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Cleveland, Tennessee, New York, Las Vegas, among others. Oh, and don’t forget the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Washington, Minnesota, Detroit, Tampa Bay, and I could go on and list all of them but there’s no need in doing that.

This is the wild card weekend and they have more than that coming out because the wild card weekend will take care of some but it won’t take care of all of them. All of the teams are still vying for a playoff spot except those that have been eliminated.

Hopefully your team has not been. My team has not been. For the year, I don’t know, sometimes it just hits me and I go wild and simply say why not Seattle. What? Seattle. I’ve like them from the word “go”.

Seattle! I’ve picked them to win it. I don’t think I’ve ever picked them before but I just like the Seattle Seahawks this year. It’s Seattle plus nobody. I think Seattle wins the Super Bowl.

Until next time, so long everybody.
